Screen Energizer

The SWECO Screen Energizer enhances screening by creating a high frequency, low amplitude secondary vibration on screen surfaces, thereby improving performance of fine mesh screening of both light and heavy density powders. For light density powders such as epoxy, toner or powdered paint, the Screen Energizer prevents the "pancaking" or "glazing" effect characterized by gravity screening. For heavy density powders such as nickel or chromium, the Screen Energizer significantly reduces lodging or wedging of near-size particles that can lead to the long-term, gradual blinding of screen mesh.
